Farm Boy Realty is a full service agricultural real estate brokerage that is owned and managed by Guy Shepherd, a licensed REALTOR® and Broker.
Guy was born and raised on a farm near Moosomin, Saskachewan, and he has been farming his own land in Southeast Saskatchewan for over 30 years. While he began with traditional crops such as hay and cattle, he has now branched out to grow hops in a joint venture with his son.
Guy has been a realtor since 2011, and his years of farming, and previous career as a farm land adjuster, have provided him with a wealth of knowledge about Saskatchewan farm land. Guy has developed and maintained a large network of local farmers looking to buy and sell, largely thanks to word of mouth referrals from previous clients.
Guy is known for his casual, easy going, and upfront manner. He loves to visit, share ideas about farming innovations and provide help to his friends, family, and clients. Guy is an extremely hard worker, and he makes sure that each client is listened to, given the time they need, and that they have all the information required to make the best real estate decisions.
